Dr. Donald Patrick Lim is the Chief Operating Officer of DITO CME and the Chief Innovation Officer of Udenna Corporation. His career spans leadership roles in media, advertising and digital, including Country CEO of Dentsu Aegis Philippines and Chief Digital Officer of ABS-CBN Corporation. He also serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Philippine Air Force Reserve and is Group Commander of the 12th Air Force Group Reserve.

A management and marketing expert, and 2014 president of the Philippine Marketing Association. She established Avanza, Inc. and grew it into the country’s leading loyalty and rewards company. Ms. Javier is a certified marketing professional, accredited by the Asia Marketing Federation, where she currently serves as a director.
