Privacy notice

I-Metrics Asia-Pacific Corporation collects only the information you choose to give us — through the RFQ and contact forms, and through survey responses submitted to our research panels.

What we collect

Contact details you submit (name, company, work email, telephone) and the content of your message. Survey responses are collected for research purposes and are reported only in aggregate; individual responses are never published or attributed.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry, to fulfil a subscription or commission, and to send the index releases you have asked to receive. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except where a commissioned study requires it and you have agreed.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you. Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) you may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
